Pizzeria!

Bumblebees morph their class into a Pizzeria!

Another week has flown by as we approach Easter and I am staggered at how much we are getting through with the children in such a short half-term. My weekly shop for Bumblebees gathered together the ingredients for them to open their very own Pizzeria, with different toppings available, sweetcorn, ham, pepperoni, cheese and tomatoes. I am a little grumpy as nobody offered me a slice, so clearly it was very tasty if there were no leftovers.

Another joint rehearsal ahead of the Norfolk County Music Festival went well and the children can be heard singing wonderfully. I have no doubt it will be fantastic on the day, which is Tuesday next week, so we do not have long to wait. Spectators can attend for a small fee on the door, I believe, so feel free to come along and cheer us on.

The children may benefit from a trip to Juniors next week in their classes to go and see a sheep and her lamb(s), which have been provided via Learning through Livestock. As it is Science and Engineering week for us, our enquiry will be geared around the sheep. I am sure the children will enjoy learning from live animals.

Next week, on Tuesday 17th, some of our Infant choristers will go over to Norwich to sing at the Norfolk County Music Festival. On Wednesday, parents are invited in, once more, to sit alongside their children to go through their learning, ahead of parent-teacher meetings the week after. On Friday, we will have a non-uniform day in exchange for an Easter egg for our raffle and we are asking children to come in wearing something red in honour of Red Nose Day.

Have a great weekend everyone!
