Time for some history!

This term we have been learning about the Great Fire of London. The Ladybirds have been really interested in learning when, where and how it happened. They have enjoyed watching videos about Samuel Pepys and experiencing how it must have felt to be caught up in this historic event using the immersive classroom. This week the children have made their own house from a cardboard box to replicate a street in London. They observed pictures of houses from 1666 as they made their models. Pictures to follow!
