Spring Term is here!

Welcome back and a happy new year to you all. I hope you had a lovely Christmas with families and are raring to go again with what we have available in the Spring Term.

Outdoor Learning has already begun at the Infant school with our Year 1 children studying nature in Winter more closely and creating their own hedgehogs with natural materials. Please remember to send your child in with a pair of inexpensive Wellington boots to keep their shoes clean and their feet dry. We wish to keep them at school so the children can go out whenever needed. They love being outside and all pupils get involved without delay no matter what they are asked to do. Outdoor Learning allows children of all abilities to access it successfully and we look forward to seeing more and more in the coming weeks. 

Hopefully, you will have seen and read my newsletter and kept a copy of the Spring Term events calendar as a handy reminder of what we have coming up as we head towards Easter. I cannot believe it has only been two days, because so much has already been prepared in readiness.
